As a family-run, locally owned business we are committed to building fences that are stronger and better through innovative techniques along with our focus on honest, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
Patrick, our owner, started Northland Fence out of his house with one employee in 2004. Patrick’s father and brothers all have worked for years in the fencing industry. Patrick learned how to install fencing from his father at a young age. Being able to learn from veterans in the field, he was able to gather knowledge and expertise over the years. When he started his own business, he knew what mistakes to avoid and how to train and teach his team. The business started growing, and we moved to our current location in Fridley, MN.

It’s not all about the fence, however. We firmly believe that the fence is only as good as the human being behind it — or in front of it, depending on where you’re standing. We make sure to always supply honest, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service and are aware of the importance of enriching the lives of people on both sides of the fence!

Choose Your Style
To define your space as accurately as possible, Northland Fence offers multiple fence styles. First, we have a fantastic chain link edition with either commercial- or residential-grade chain link paired with your choice of standard galvanized or black vinyl coated options. And we’re not planning on putting the fence in place then running for the hills. Our chain link fences come with a magnificent 15-year warranty on material and a 10-year warranty on labor.
Next up is the pristine vinyl option, available as a privacy or picket fence. Minnesotans are falling in love with this option due to our broad choice of colors and the sturdy, reliable material that can stand up to multiple weather options, even when the wind blows and the weather changes in an instant.
That’s a way to say they’re nearly maintenance-free and can hold up under the reliable but sometimes oh-so-surprising weather of this great state.
